#61 Wun Wing Lo

Special Thanks to: Sgt Arthur H. "Art" Angel, who worked on this airplane.

The Airplane

This airplane was a replacement for the first #61 ("Connecticut Yankee").

According to Art Angel, a truck ran into one of the wings, which was replaced.  However, the replacement wing hung lower that the other wing.  The crew tried to name the plane "Wun Hung Lo".  However, that name was nixed by HQ, so they settled for the name "Wun Wing Lo".
