"Anne Garry IV" was named after the mother of Cpt Arthur M. Clay, Jr. This was the fourth aircraft and the second B-29 assigned to Cpt Clay. The "Anne Garry III" was destroyed on May 26, 1945 as a result of damage received during Mission #44. "Anne Garry IV" was also destroyed, date and time unknown. |
